Standard Menu Bar Missing

I'm an idiot! I was playing with a macro from this site that shows the worksheet in fullscreen view, without toolbars. When I exited fullscreen, all of my menus had changed. Most importantly, I can't seem to get back my standard menu at the top, containing "File", Edit", "View", etc.

I am running Excel 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I promise not to experiment anymore. Thanks in advance.

PS - At the risk of cross posting, I requested help in the Excel General forum first, but was getting no response. I don't think the smarter Gurus hang out anywhere except the programming forum. I didn't know how to add a link to my original post. Sorry.
