Delete Filtered Rows - Leave Headings

Greetings, Gurus.

I want to select all visible rows below Row 1 and delete them.

Should be easy, but the only way I know how is to insert a row below Row 1 that I know would be visible, then select row 1 and offset 1,0, then select range down, etc, etc, etc. (You see why I need help.)
