Matching Criteria Between Sheets?

I have two worksheets in a single wookbook.

Sheet1 = Coloum A through AW (data starting in row 2) filled with 3,4, and 5 digit codes. Some alpha numeric. This reflects the backbone of a report in another system. But to simplify the report a bit we changed the placement of the codes.

Sheet2 = Coloum A through U only (data starting in row 2) also filled with the same 3,4, and 5 digit codes.

I'm trying to find a Marco or even some other means that will bold or color a code if it does not appear on both sheets.

No single coloum on either sheet goes past 30 rows of code.

Any further info needed let me know. Thanks in advance!

Could any single code on one sheet appear anywhere in the other sheet's columns or rows?
If there's no way of limiting the search then every single cell will need to be checked against every cell on the other sheet.

Yes, a code on the first sheet could appear in cell A20, and on the second sheet could appear in cell D13. Any code could in fact be anywhere.
