E-mail An Address In A Cell

    Hi all,

I'm building a directory of contacts. I have a long list on one worksheet, and then another sheet that provides an overview using a validation list. In one of the cells (C18) on this second sheet I have an e-mail address and want to have a button that, when pressed, will create an e-mail in Outlook with the person's address in the To: field.

I've tried recording a macro, but Excel seems to be ignoring me when I go over to Outlook.

Can anyone suggest some code that might help me achieve this aim?

    TIA,

    SamuelT

Hi, does my suggestion (item no 2) in this earlier March thread below give you any clues? Although this post dealt with a hard coded email address in the To: field, you simply need to modify that by putting
