Drop down boxes

I have several lists that I am trying to use drop down boxes for. After selecting the appropriate choice for that particular box, i.e. "Bandera" as an example, the data is then carried over into a Word document. I have named the cells. Behind the control box of each cell is a number coinciding with the number of the item in that particular list consecutively, i.e. Bandera is the second item in the list.
