Search, Copy, Insert row and Paste

Hi all I am new to the site as a member. I have been around doing a lot of reading. Great site with lots of tips.

I need some help on this one.

I have Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services.
I need to be able to find the Weekly services and copy what week they are due in. Then copy that service in a spot for weekly services. (so the weekly services will go in "weekly sections" I hope I am explaining this good enough to get some help, if not just let me know.

If there is a better way of doing any of this (new sheet) just let me know.

-The macro needs to find the weekly services and then copy data in certain cells in the row (like A-C).

-Then move down to the weekly(there Weekly 1-4 sections and it would have to be pasted into all) section and insert new a row and then paste.

-Then go back and loop until all of the weeklys are done.

Then I will have to do the same thing with the bi-weekly and monthly but if I have the code I could modify. "I think"

I can't seem to figure this out for the life of me.

    Any help would be GREAT!!!!!

Here is a pic of an example sheet

We could help better if you attached an example workbook so that we can see your layout.

If you have a column that contains the status (wqeekly, etc) then you could simply filter on that column.
    Hope that helps.

I tried to attach the sheet but it didn't let me. I also tried a url and no luck. So I attached the link.

This is a Predictive lube sheet for a maintenance crew. There will be one data base for the building listing all of the services and what intervals they are.

What I am trying to do is use a macro so the person can go into the sheet and hit the button and get everything that is due that month. Search for the "weekly" services. Then copy them and paste them into 4 weeks (so the same service will show 4 different times). Then move to the next weekly service.

Then put the "bi-weekly" services into the 2 weeks (so weeks 1 & 3).

Not sure why I can't attach the sheet so you can see. Please open the link to see.

    Thanks, J

I can't see a link, your file might exceed the file size restriction for attachments. Try zipping it.
