Search for column heading and copy column onto another sheet

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet where the data on the 'front sheet' is regularly updated and the order of the columns is changed when new data is uploaded. I want to search for a column heading on the 'front sheet' (Row10) and copy the whole column (from row 10 onwards) into the sheet entitled 'graphs'.

I need the following columns to be copied: D_SPEED, R_SPEED, D_LOAD, R_LOAD, D_POS and R_POS. Please see the attached sheet.

Do I need to use a lookup function? How is this done programmatically?

I found a way around this by using a lot of hlookup functions and naming the ranges,
