Listing Unique Values from a Column

I had been trying quite hard to make my very small piece of code success, as below. But it seems plaqued with number of errors.

returns an array, hence the error.
But, he did not mention the correct syntax.

He mentioned "The code for CopyUniqueVals isn't shown."

I request professionals come forward and shed light on such issues; which are faced by too many users quite often.
