    back up with macro

    Dear everyone,

I have the following question: I want to write a macro that automatically makes a back-up of the entire workbook when I use the macro. Furthermore, I want the backup to be saved in a specifc folder (e.g. “c://programs/forexample/”). Furthermore, I want the name to be “Boekhouding_Backup_YYYYMMDD-HHMM”.

YYYYMMDD-HHMM being the year, month, day, hour and minutes at the time of the back-up.

Could someone help me with this macro?

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Edward

I like this one, I have a folder named Backup, you can use it in the before close, event or rename the macro and place it in a regular module
