Using a combo box to navigate between sheets

Hi people, bit of a newbie question here but I need help!

I need to create a combo box which allows the user to select an apartment type from a list and once it has been selected, automatically take them to the corresponding sheet.
The sheets are named poorly and so the values in the combo box do not match the name of the sheets. I have created a table and a vlookup to populate a cell with the actual sheet name dependent on which option is selected but am having trouble with the code needed to navigate to the sheet detailed in that cell once a change has occured in the combo box.

Hope this all makes sense and any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Okay, I can't attach the original file but this should give you the idea of what I need.
I basically need to go to sheet described in cell M2 once the combo box has been changed.

    Cheers
