Function to change the colour of the cell.

Hi,

I am getting a tab delimited file. In that file i want to make the first column to be in white colour font when it loads to excel sheet. So i want to write a excel function in the tab delimited file so that when it loads to excel the function will be triggered.Just like =sum, =average i want to know whether there is any function which can change the colour of the cell.
