I want to add data from a vba project in excel into a table in a word document.

The word document has already been created with the table etc.
The table has about 15 rows and 10 columns, with some cells already merged for formatting reasons.

I want the data to be added starting on row 4 of the word table (i.e not at the start).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
