Developing a Combination of Columns within Excel, using Macros

Hello,

I am new to this forum, and found it in search of a place to seek help with an Excel problem that I am trying to resolve. Any help you can offer me would be greatly appreciated.

My problem:

I have four columns in excel -- The first column has three values (three rows0, and the last three columns have four values (four rows).

I would like a macro that will generate four additional columns, with all the possible combinations.

I have attached a sample excel sheet with what I would like it to emulate, but naturally it would be completed
