Help with Lotus Macro Conversion

Hello I have a macro that i have been using on a lotus 123 spreadsheet that i am trying to get working on in excel basically what it does is takes the data from a list on an input sheet and pastes the data to the corresponding sheets which have a expanding list that gets cleared at the end of the month.

this is a section of the code i have in lotus ill only post the code for 2 sheets as its just duplicated 100 times for the rest.
