    Pop Up List Box

I didn't start out with a list box where I could have used one. Now I want one but I really dont have room for it. I want one to pop up when I enter a certain field and go away when I either choose from it or leave the field. I am thinking of adding another user form with just the list box on it. But is there another way that is better? And finally, how do I filter for unique entries?

You will get a better response if you postg a copy of your form

Items on a form can be made visible & hidden as required
You could add a tab to the form - like adding a 2nd page
You could use a 2nd form

Without seing your form it is hard to advice on best options

Thanks. You're right, I probably should have included a copy of the form, but I also didn't want to go the route of adding a tab or anything like that. Now, making the list box visible or not is an excelent idea. I can place it anywhere I want on the form.

What I ended up doing while waiting for responses was creating a user form with just the list box. The list box form shows when entering the field in the primary form and hides when an item is clicked in the list box. It actually works pretty well in the trials. Now if I can get past a stupid Error 91 I will have the list box filled with the proper data and can move forward.

This is a pick list so I can quit typing the same data over and over again. If I pick from the list (which has the Row and Name in the two columns) the primary form can load itself with the data from the appropriate row.

    Thanks again.
