Delete rows based on Text

Hi all

Can anyone help with this code:
I am trying to search a sheet and find multiple ext strings and if a row contains one of those strings it then deletes the row.

This is what I have so far, and it works for one text string

I would like the sheet to search for the following phrases then delete the rows if found.

No Occupancy current at start date
Column 2 - Job No - not found.

maybe use the Autofilter for this if you search for 2 terms?
