hierarchy between filters in pivot table

Hi,
i have created a pivot table with few filter and i want to create hierarchy between the filters.

I.E my data worksheet contain department, team, name & salary.
in the pivot table the department & team are both used for filter.
after i have filtered the data by department i want to filter by team but the team list contain teames that not asocitaed to the selected department (i have got all the teams).

can someone advise me how to implement it?
