previous value after MsgBox?

Hello,

When the cell A1 is modified, a Change_Event pop-up a MsgBox asking the user if he really wants to change this value.

I am wondering what is the best way to get back the previous value after the user has replied "no" or "cancel"? Is there a build-in MsgBox Style for that?
