    Reading from outlook inbox

    Hi and welcome to the forum.

    Please take a moment to read the rules which require VBA code to be placed between code tags. I have edited this for you this time.
    ================

    Hello, I found a wonderful macron on the net that reads emails from my Outlook inbox and lists subject field and body to excel sheet. I need this query, since our accounting system is sending emails with report location and I want excel then to pick it up. Anyway, this works perfectly on my default inbox. However, I have couple of email accounts that I have access to. In fact, I plan to sent accounting reports to the email account which is not the default one. Just to be sure what I describe as email account. I go to Outlook (2003) and then Tools - > Email accounts -> View or change existing email accounts . There I see only entry Microsof Echange Server. I go to Change -> More Settings -> Advanced and there is a field called "Open these additional mailboxes". There I can see additional mailboxes that I have access to. The one I need to access is called Mailbox - Accounting.

    I need to use separate mailbox account for this as I am not going to be the only user. Accountin mailbox is accessed by many users.

    Here is the macro, that reads from my default account,would appreciate if someone can advice what needs to be changed to read from Accounting mailbox.
