My Dynamic Named Range brings up blank rows?!

I've created a simple form which has a 6-column listbox of the rows containing data in range A:F. What have I done wrong with this formula which is causing my listbox to bring up my normal data plus a load of blank rows?:

I've never been good with formula's so it's probably something simple, I can only work with VBA.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I always set the source range within the VBA.
    Hope that helps.

That is something I've never done before so I wouldn't have the foggiest how to do it. I know it'll involve working from A1:F1 and displaying all data down to the last row with data but how would I code that for the listbox to display that data?

I've tried the following to no avail:

Scanned is the name of my Dynamic Range for which I think the formula may be incorrect.
