    Edit name of command button

    Hi,

    How do I change the name of a command button. I can't right click on it and edit it. I want to resize and rename it but I can't find where I can do this. any help would be great thanks.

    You have to be in "design" mode before you can edit the button.

    Make sure the Controls Toolbox toolbar is visible... View|Toolbars|Controls Toolbox

    Then click on the "Design Mode" icon (engineer's square, and pencil)....

    now you can edit the button.

    You will have to click that icon again to exit Design mode and use the button again.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Edit.

    This code was for orginial question which was to disable commandbuttion if A123 <> Yes



    This would hide the button if that helps

    Right click sheet tab > select view code and paste in the below. It assumes the user types the answer in cell A123
