read-only prompt when using command button from right-click menu

    Hi,

I got a macro that, among other things, opens a workbook.
It can be run in a number of ways.

It runs automaticly every 15 min, there is button on the sheet with this macro assigned. I can also run it from macros menu (alt+f8) or directly from VBA editor.
    And it works fine.

I've also added command button to right-click menu with this macro assigned.
But when I run it that way read-only prompt appears.

It ain't a real problem - but it makes me think...

Why when I run this macro from right-click menu I receive a prompt - and when I run it any other way there is none??
