Display the value in Due Date text box & get pop up...

Dear User,

I created one excel User Form in which i given the two reminder.

In Reminder 1 (Text Box) when user put todays date, the date after 15 days get displayed in Due Date (Text Box) which is not editable for every individual row.

On Due Date a user should get the Pop Up Box of Warning.

Can you please help me out in above query.
