Sorting, comparing macro?

How would I make a macro to sort by Name, Juice and then Fruit. If the same juice is on a different fruit within the same Name then highlight the juice red. See sample.


So if Ken had:

Ken banana water or lemonade then it would be red.

or

Ken orange water or lemonade then it would be red.


but if he had:


Ken orange punch then no red

or

Ken orange grape then no red
