Randbetween Function

I am trying to create a table 10 rows across with five columns. The first column contains random numbers between 1-17, the second 4-30, the third 12-42, the fourth 28-52, and the fifth 38-56. The random numbers generated may not be duplicated anywhere within the table. Does anyone have any ideas?
