Problem in Transposing

Hi Folks,

I got stuck with the transposing of data. It is not the normal transposing that I require. I have attached a template for your easy understanding of my problem. Please help me on this.

For your information only... If you are looking for any macro help then you cannot work with the attached file saved in XL 2007. You need to convert into macro enabled workbook.
