    Hi

Which block of data is the original format and which is the output required? How about labeling the data blocks, and update your example file.

    Updated example

    HI,

Sorry. My example was not very good, and the file has been updated.

Ola, it seems that you have solved my problem by making the pivot table, but I can't see what you have done. Please explain.

    Thanks in advance

    Pivottable or Offset formula?

"it seems that you have solved my problem by making the pivot table, but I can't see what you have done. Please explain."

    Pivottable
    I just made a Pivottable.
I clicked on the headers selected subtotals: None. Also went into Pivottable options and took away grandtotals, removed the Option: Autoformat pivottable
Then selected a new Autoformat: Pivottable Autoformat, last picture option.
That's about it. The provided link should help you, if you need Any more information about Pivottables - it's the best I've found on Internet.

    Offset
But now with the new attachment, it looks like the Output should have been the outer way around. So I made a few OFFSET() formulas - just in case. To get formula help, you can click on the Fx button - left from the formula field - in the menu and find Offset under category 'Lookup & Reference'. Same thing with the MOD() formula, but look under category All.

Basically it uses the ROWS(...) as a counter and offsets (jumps) from cell to cell.

In new the attached file, you have two options.
    Hope it helped
