Refresh Data gives shut down error

Hi,
I am using Excel 2003 11.8169.8172, setup an ODBC connection to an oracle database and I am getting a shut down error once I refresh the embedded spreadsheet query.

My problem has to do with the ODBC connection to retrieve data from an Oracle Database and it is on one particular pc. On that PC, the “REFRESH DATA” does not work. I can do Data/Import External Data/New Database Query/Choose Data Source (EDW)/Oracle ODBC Driver Connect/Query Wizard-Choose Columns/Develop query/send query results to excel spreadsheet. But when I do Data/Refresh Data a fatal error occurs and excel shuts down.

I have never experienced this and I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?
