    hi,

thanks for the quick response. Sorry for not being clear. My bad. Here is the thing. I have a list of Employee names on Column A and list of Supervisor Names on Column B. Each employee name in column A may have the same supervisor name in column B. What I want to do is, if I click on checkbox 1 or optionbox 1 which is the name of supervisor1, it will show the list of employees under supervisor1. If I click on checkbox 2 or optionbox 2 which is the name of supervisor2, it will show the list of employees under supervisor2. I would like this to happen on all worksheets of the workbook.

    Regards,

    Max

    hi,

Ok here's how the workbook look like. Its a scheduling workbook I have. Workbook contains a sheet which has the same contents and these worksheets are named Sunday,Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday. Basically all sheets contains one contents. This is why I would like to have a checkbox or option box to click and then filter all the rest of the worksheet. I dont need to copy the filtered sheets on another sheet though. I just need to filter all the sheets base on the supervisor name given.

    Regards,

    Max

You don't need a sheet for each day. Have all the data on one sheet, with a column to enter the days in. Then you don't need macros you can simply filter by day and/or name. The resulting workbook will be easier to manage.
