macro to download file from FTP and import to excel

Hi
I Need a macro that download a mdb file from FTP server and save the file in c:\test
And convert and import the file mdb to excel worksheet.
For example :
FTP link ( include user and password ) is "ftp://user:[email protected]:21/FILES"
File name to download : "file.mdb"
Save Folder : "c:\test

after i download the file how to open the file with the macro and without alerts ?

the path is "c:\test\file.mdb"

Open with what? Access?
