    Automatic links Message on Open

How do you handle the message box for Automatic links. I have to paste 32 worksheets a day in to a Summary spreadsheet. One of the workbooks opens with the statement: The workbook you openeded contains automatixc links to @@@###@#@#@#@ AND SO ON; there are 2 choices then, Yes and No.
How do you get by this? Or how do you tell the computer to pick no everytime?

    thanks in advance

I didn't see a Start up prompt under edit-links, I found an "Ask to Update Automatic Links" under Tools-Edit but when I uncheck that, it trys to go to every file to update. I don't want that to happen. I am pulling the pastes by opening the files and using windows.activate. Is there a better way to get there without opening every file?

I don't have 2007 yet but I did see the hot button. I can't change it, so it is locked.
Is the best way to copy all these spreadsheets to actually go through an open file ?

Sounds like a job for a macro to be honest. Link may help

    http://www.rondebruin.nl/summary2.htm

or instead of pasting think about paste special > values
or copy the worksheets (or is that the issue)

I looks like they are opening the files first so that answers that question.
The issue is that I have 30 minutes to copy and paste 35 work sheets, into one work book. Even though the Summary page has links to the ind worksheets, when you click the link, it destroys the copy function from the other workbook so there is a lot of room for error, the sheets are named exactly the same as the Summary workbook and it can get confusing going back and forth. I thought a macro would make it faster and more accurate.
I will have to read through that link you sent and see if anything will apply
Thanks. Here is what I have so far.
