Sometimes error sumetimes ok

hai,

i've a problem now. i created a form using userform. when user click a add button, new userform will show. the form will automatically list details about particular company (based on DataID)

but sometimes, when i tried to click the button the error occurred.

Run-time error '1004':
Application-defined or object-defined error
