Lining Up Column Data

I have the following two columns which contain data members missing from the other column. I would like to insert spaces in the appropriate column until both columns contain lined up data. thanks.

Hi, Try this it's not perfect, but it just might do what you want.
Starts Row (2)
Data assumed to be in columns "A" & "B"
NB:- Test on trial sheet Information in Column "B" deleted
