    How to popup and change color

    Hello,

    I want to popup a text if data is wrong and want to change color in collumns same time.

    I have an small example that shows text in cel if data is wrong buut it's not a real popup and it is not changing color of the wrong data.

    I hope your the one that can help me out and help me with what I want. I have made my example in the add file.

    You can use Data Validation to control what is input into a cell, this feature also allows a popup warning. See:

    You can change a cell's formatting by using Conditional Formatting

    I checked but thats not what I was looking for. I hope you can help me out by telling how I can change the color of the text in the cels that have the wrong falue

    I don't see why you cannot apply Conditional Formatting to the table based on the results in the Count cells.
