Using a formula to arrange items based on table

I have been trying to arrange data that we get from Vendors in our standard form. I need to use my table which is set in standard form to search a product list and rearrange it into standard form ina different column.

For example:
The product list will say

Standard Sham
Twin Duvet Cover
Full Comforter
King Sham
Square Pillow
European Sham


I need them to arrange in the column I select in the tables form, however the table will have more products then what the vendor has to offer to us.
Hard to explain and probably a very simple easy problem.

I see there were some prevous threads dealing with this topic. None of them helped...can anyone help me with this formula?
