Vlookup UDF with concatenated lookUpVal in tableArray

I require a VBA user defined function to enable the lookup value to be an argument consiting of a number of column values in the lookup value row (1 or more contiguous or non-contiguous cells) to another agument consisting of a number of column values (1 or more contiguous or non-contiguous columns) in a table returning the value of a specific column of that table.
The specific column could be by column index number.
But an improved function to match a column heading value in first row of the table would be ideal also.
