Add Worksheet Names to an Array

I have a workbook with 8 (maybe sometimes more) worksheets and am trying to figure out how to add all the names of the worksheets to an array.

Question is, what code do i use to add the worksheet name to the array? Or is there a better way to do this?

worksheet name needs to be sht.name
