is there compatibility issue between 2003 & 2007

Hi All,

I just wanted to know is there any compatibility issue between 2003 & 2007 excel. Is there anything which i should keep in mind before writing a macro.
My suspicion stems from the fact, that a formatted sheet with listbox in 2003 is not coming properly in 2007. So i thought there might be problem in macros also.

Most macros should work for both versions. Obvious problems will occur if you run code to create a menu.
