Hyperlink trouble

This gives me the hyperlink to the final row in column C on my JanReps sheet. At times though, this sheet will be completely blank. When it is, I get an N/A in the cell. I was wondering if there is anyway to get "0" instead of N/A when the sheet is not populated. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.
