How do I instantiate object?

I have been using this code to set the value of my object:

How do I instatiate the object without using For Each?

I want to create a fund object and set the value to the value in a cell but I can't do it until the object has been created!

Use the SET command.
This will allow you to reference all the cells in the named range "fdlst"
