White pages API

Any help would be greatly appreciated. What I would like to do is using an excel spreadsheet with the following columns:
First Name
Last Name
and State of Residence
I would like to pull the person's address and phone number using whitepages.api

Would someone be able to help out on this?

What format did you set for the key, XML? There are several ways to get the data. If you are doing XML, then an XML parser will be needed I suspect. It will return 0-20 matches so I am not sure how you would want to handle that.

First, you must be a registered user on WhitePages. Only users can obtain an API key and be granted a license to use the API. The site explains how to invoke the API and describes the methods it uses. If you use the API on your site then you must provide the end user a click-wrap or browse-wrap agreement between you and any End User as stated in the license agreement under End User Terms. When registering you will also be asked your preferred protocol and output format. This will directly effect how you interface with Excel. In short, you really haven't provided enough information for anyone to answer your question.
