Help Optimizing Code

Here is a file i have been working on. It is a JUMBLE (from the newspaper) Descrambler. I am haveing trouble with the last part... a lot of permutations.

I was wondering if someone could look it over and tell me if there is anyway to streamline the code. I tried to place comments so that you can follow the code.

I realize it's not perfect so any comments will be appreciated.

Is there anything I can do to make it easier for someone to help me? Or is it OK and just simply too many permutations?
