Use to Form to Hide Rows

I have never programmed a form before but think it might be handy for my needs. I am creating a spreadsheet that users fill out their preferences for clothing. Lets say the person can pick up to three shirts, and on each one has to pick a color and size. My spreadsheet has three identical rows to contain the size and color for up to the max of three shirts. I want a form that users encounter upon initially opening the document that asks "how many shirts do you need" If the user enters 1 then the spreadsheet will hide the second and third rows. If the user enters 2 then the spreadsheet will hide the third row. If the user enters 3, all rows will be visible. Can this be done? As I stated, ive never programmed a form before. Any help would be appreciated

You can use an InputBox or a UserForm. This is an inputbox
