Dynamic Image based on Cell Selection

Heres a tough question. I have a form im creating with multiple cells that the user is required to put values in. This form corresponds to an image. When users click in a cell I want the image to highlight the corresponding area on the image. I was thinking in order to accomplish this i would have 7 images, tehy woould be the same with the exception of a particular area circled or highlighted. I was wondering if theres a way for excel to show the appropriate image based on the cell the user clicked in.
I was thinking about pasting all 7 iterations of the images then hiding the columns, but as you probably know, hiding columns doesnt hide the images that reside on them.
if you right click on an image theres a changePicture option... can that be used
I know this might be a bit of a challenge... any thoughts would be appreciated

    thanks

let me try to clarify with an example.
Lets say i have a spreadsheet that customers fill out to customize a car.
The spreadsheet would have stuff like :
    # of doors (2 or 4)
    Wheel size (17inch or 18inch)

whenever a user clicks in the cell to enter # of doors, i want the default image of a car to refresh. The new image would be of picture of the car with the doors circled (or something cheesy like that). When the user clicks the cell to enter the wheel size, the image refreshes with a picture of the car with an arrow pointed at the wheels.

Needless to say thats not my real case, just an example i thought would help clarify

    This cheesy enough

You just need to create and position a shape. Give it a sensible name and then using the selectionchange event show or hide the shapes.
