how to invoke validate after paste

hi friends

i have used a calender control in my excel sheet from which i fetch a date into a cell where i have given a data vallidation which does not work.
but if i directky edit in the cell it works.

pls help me how to invoke the validate message through code.

Why not put the validation in code on the calendar control?

unable to produce the validate message format by code !

is there any way by which after pasting the value make the cell edited flag true, so that its own validate msg will appear on lost focus?
