Simple Copying of specific infos

Hi all

I have been given a spreadsheet With information on members from a Gym. on 1 workbook there is a lot of data ("names,adresses,age,***) and i now need to sort specific data from it and copy this data to a second workbook. The second workbook needs to be a list of member with following characteristica.

Certain Poscode range (5000-5250)
Certain age (30-35)
And *** has to be male.

Each Data type is in its own column

Postcode Column D = Range from (1000-8000)
Age Column I = Range from (0-100)
Social Security numbers Column H

*** is based on the last 4 digits in the Social security number (160235-4787)
If the are even then = female if odd then = male.

All data in the rows has to be copied to the second workbook.

I hope you guys could help me i would really appreciate it. i need to have it done by Friday.
