Listing .jpg filenames

Hi all,
I am currently using Excel 2007, I am a novice on excel so pardon my lack of knowledge.
Wonder if somebody can explain in fairly sinple terms can I or how do I list all of my .jpg filenames onto an Excel spreadsheet? I basically want to search through my folders on hard drive and list all the filenames into the spreadsheet where I can manage them and build a proper database.

Apologies again for the simple english requirment....... I must enroll in a course in Excel!!!
