    Macro extracting data from one table to another

    See attachment for clearer understanding!

    I have a large table of data, which contains 158 Rows and 15 columns. I need to build a macro so that it extracts certain data and places it into a seperate table but also stays in the original table.

    If you look at the attached document, i have just filled in column A and column B. In column B there are 4 different initials throughout the 158 rows so need a macro to extract PW into a seperate table JC, DC, AB into there own seperate table.

    I can't see the point in duplicating data like this. You can simply use AutoFilter or a PivotTable. If you really want to separate this then I posted code that can be adapted in the last couple of days.
