macro to copy Workbook to Workbooks

I have 10 Workbook each one has one worksheet and I want copy or move all into ONE Workbook with 10 worksheet .
I try made a macro to do this
somebody have ideas ??

now I have another challenge.
I have other a Workbook with a several worksheets and I need copy all the sheets to another workbook with a paste special allexceptborders.
it's possible with a macro ??
