Date problem

    Date problem

    hi guys i have this date problem

    code is

    when i enter something in d1 it should return the date in cell which it does but i then immediately get this rather strange message

    run time error '28'

    out of stack space

    can anyone help?

    My fault.

    It keeps running everytime you make a change on the sheet.

    adding D1 as the target address will only call it when D1 is changed
